Job summary

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent and experience in the field or in a similar field.
• Minimum 21 years of age, or minimum 18 years of age in CT, PA and WV.
• Prior retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Prior cash handling experience required.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and with varied personalities and seniority levels.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively without supervision and in a team environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills, business sense, professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion.
• Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions.
• Ability to interact respectfully and politely with customers and team members.
• Conversational English proficiency.
• Ability to operate computers, laptops, electronic equipment, and telecommunication devices.
• Mental and physical capacity to perform job duties.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record to fulfill the Delivery Driver role.
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background record check.
• Ability to move throughout the workday and work with residents, personnel, and support agencies.
• Ability to push/pull, lift/carry, and position objects up to 50 lbs.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and after hours based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through their cannabis journey by educating them on product benefits and potential side effects.
• Provide exceptional customer service, empathy, and compassion to patients, customers, guests, and coworkers.
• Provide the TruExperience through elevated patient service standards, behaviors, and product knowledge.
• Assist managers and shift supervisors with returns according to company policy.
• Prepare and process patient orders accurately, efficiently, and on time.
• Follow Trulieve policies and procedures.
• Work with the leader on duty to enhance the customer experience.
• Assist customers with product or device issues.
• Collaborate with leadership and management to resolve customer issues.
• Document customer issues and concerns in customer profiles.
• Maintain a clean and well-stocked workstation.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by management, including crossover team tasks as needed.
• Assist with processing online orders, including deliveries, within a 2-hour timeframe.
• Facilitate customer purchases in accordance with state regulations.
