Qualifications

• At least one year of customer service experience; preference for candidates with specialty, customer-facing retail experience
• Meet the scheduling and availability requirements (varying shifts including mornings, days, nights, weekends) to meet business needs
• Must have reliable attendance and be 21 years or older
• Must pass all required background checks including state cannabis employment requirements
• Possess valid driver’s license or state ID and stay compliant with cannabis regulations

Responsibilities

• Engage with and assist patients and customers in a customer-facing retail environment
• Educate on products, methods of consumption, and safety as part of patient interaction
• Recommend a safe and effective regimen using product knowledge
• Ensure store operations run smoothly and in compliance with regulations
• Verify order deliveries for accuracy
• Maintain stock and store presentation
• Follow security and safety procedures
• Complete duties at assigned workstations (Front of House, Back of House, Maintenance)
• Move inventory and assist in fulfillment and inventory counts
