Fine Fettle, a family-owned cannabis retailer with operations across several states, is hiring a Dispensary Agent in Georgia. The role focuses on selling at the register, delivering exceptional customer service, and rotating into community outreach and inventory tasks.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, retail experience, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work evenings and weekends. Bilingual abilities are advantageous for serving diverse customers in a fast-paced setting.

Formación

• High school diploma is required.
• Retail experience is highly preferred.
• Experience in fast-paced, customer-focused retail environments is advantageous.
• Bilingual or Spanish proficiency is beneficial.
• Flexibility with evening/weekend shifts is required.
• Knowledge of cannabis products and Georgia’s Medical Cannabis Program is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Sales Agent: handle checkout and provide education and five-star service at the register.
• Community Outreach support educating local communities about products and Georgia’s Medical-cannabis program.
• Inventory and Order Fulfillment assisting with bagging products and data extraction for fulfillment.
