Trulieve seeks a Part Time (Temporary) Dispensary Associate to guide customers on their cannabis journey, provide education on products, and ensure smooth purchases in-store. The role emphasizes excellent service, adherence to state regulations, and accurate cash handling.

You’ll work up to 25 hours weekly, with a focus on delivering a positive patient experience. Candidates should have a high school diploma, be 21+ (18+ in certain states), and bring prior retail or customer service experience.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent and field experience.
• Must be 21+ (18+ in CT, PA, WV).
• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Prior cash handling experience.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent people skills and clear communication.
• Ability to work without supervision and in a team.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism.
• Understand written and oral instructions.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Background check clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to customers, guests and coworkers.

• Assist Managers with returns per policy.
