Trulieve is seeking a part-time Dispensary Associate to guide customers on their cannabis journey, educate them on product benefits and side effects, and process purchases per state regulations. This role emphasizes excellent customer service, accurate cash handling, and adherence to policies in a fast-paced retail setting.

The position requires a high-school diploma or equivalent and candidates must be at least 21 years old, with preference for those who have retail or customer service

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age (or 18+ in CT, PA, WV depending on state).
• Prior experience in retail or customer service is a plus.
• Cash handling experience is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to patients and guests.
• Assist with online orders and in-store purchases while ensuring accuracy.
• Educate customers about products and related regulations and assist with issues calmly and professionally.
