Job summary

Trulieve is hiring a Part Time Dispensary Associate to guide customers through their cannabis journey with knowledge and care. You will help customers select products, explain effects, and ensure compliant transactions while delivering excellent service.

The role requires at least a high-school diploma, 21+ years of age, cash handling experience, and the ability to work evenings and weekends in a fast-paced retail environment. Training will be provided on store policies and patient privacy.

Qualifications

• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age (18+ in CT, PA, WV).
• Prior experience in retail and/or customer service is a plus.
• Must have prior cash handling experience.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent people skills and clear verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work with supervision and in a team setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to customers, guests, and coworkers.
• Educate patients on cannabis products and effects with empathy.
• Facilitate purchases in accordance with state regulations and company policy.
• Prepare and process patient orders in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean, stocked workstation throughout the shift.
• Document customer issues and collaborate with leadership to resolve them.
