Job summary

Trulieve is seeking a Dispensary Associate – Part Time in Orlando to guide customers through their cannabis journey, educate on products, and ensure compliant, high-quality service. The role emphasizes patient education, excellent customer experience, and timely processing of orders.

The position reports to the General Manager in Retail, offers a pay rate of $14.50 per hour (eligible for tips), and requires a flexible schedule with store hours. Remote work is not offered.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent and experience in the field or in a similar field.
• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age (or a minimum of 18 years of age in CT, PA and WV).
• Prior experience, preferably in retail and/or customer service area is a plus.
• Must have prior cash handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to customers, guests, and coworkers.
• Provide empathy and compassion to patients.
• Provide the TruExperience through elevated patient service standards, behaviors, and product knowledge.
• Assist Managers and Shift Supervisors with returns in accordance with company policy.
• Prepare and process patient orders in a timely and efficient manner.
