Job summary

Trulieve is seeking a Dispensary Associate – Part-Time in Florida. The role involves guiding customers through their cannabis journey, educating them on products and effects, and ensuring compliant, efficient purchases. You’ll handle customer service, product knowledge, and order processing in a fast-paced retail setting.

The position is part-time with flexible hours, up to 25 hours per week, and benefits are provided. Evening and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 21+ (18+ in CT, PA and WV).
• Retail or customer service experience is a plus.
• Must have cash handling experience.
• Able to communicate effectively in English.
• Able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to customers, guests, and coworkers.
• Educate customers on cannabis products and effects while providing accurate information.
• Process patient orders and assist with returns per policy.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked workstation and inventory.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Assist with online orders and deliveries as needed.
