Job summary

FarmaceuticalRX is seeking a Dispensary Associate in Dayton, Ohio. The role involves providing excellent customer service, processing orders, managing inventory, and operating software systems such as METRC and POS. Successful candidates will have experience in customer service, cashiering, and preferably in cannabis dispensaries.

Applicants must be at least 21 years of age, possess a high school diploma or GED, and be able to work flexible shifts. This position offers the opportunity for merit-based raises based on performance evaluations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age and able to pass a background check.
• Experience in shipping and receiving.
• Prior cashiering and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Cannabis dispensary experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and process orders.
• Keep product inventory organized and assist with inventory checks.
• Ensure compliance on all paperwork and secure payments.
