FRX Ohio is seeking a Dispensary Associate to provide excellent customer service, process orders, and handle payments using METRC and POS systems in a fast-paced cannabis retail environment. You will perform setup, cleanup, and closing tasks to ensure compliance and smooth operations.

Preferred candidates have 21+ years old, can pass a background check, and possess a High School Diploma or GED. Cannabis dispensary or cashiering experience is a plus; you will join a team focused on accuracy,

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age and able to pass a background check.
• Proof of authorization to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Cannabis dispensary experience or cashiering experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, verify identity, and assist with cannabis purchases.
• Process orders, collect payments, and log data in METRC/OAARS.
• Maintain organized inventory and ensure product storage compliance.
• Operate METRC, Dutchie, POS systems and handle cash securely.
• Assist pharmacist and management as needed.
