Trulieve is seeking a Dispensary Associate-Part-time in Florida to guide customers through their cannabis journey, educate on product benefits and side effects, and ensure compliant, excellent customer service. Responsibilities include handling orders, returns, and maintaining a tidy workstation while following policies.

The role requires a high-school diploma, 21+ age, cash handling experience, and strong communication skills; flexibility with shifts including evenings and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent; retail/customer service experience a plus.
• Must be 21+ years old (18+ in CT, PA and WV).
• Prior cash handling experience.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and with varied personalities.
• Excellent people skills and effective communication, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work without supervision and in a team setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism; maintain confidentiality.
• Able to follow written and oral instructions and work with customers respectfully.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to customers, guests, and coworkers.
• Demonstrate empathy and compassion to patients.
• Deliver the TruExperience through elevated patient service standards and product knowledge.
• Assist Managers with returns in accordance with company policy.
• Prepare and process patient orders quickly and accurately.
• Follow Trulieve Policies and Procedures.
• Collaborate with leadership to enhance the customer experience.
• Assist customers with product or device issues and resolve concerns.
• Document customer issues on the customer profile.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked workstation during shifts.
