Job summary

Ascend Wellness Holdings is seeking a Cultivation Technician to support flowering and harvest stages, maintaining plant health and vitality. You will implement canopy management techniques, assist with harvests, and ensure operations follow SOPs and safety standards.

The role requires staying vigilant for plant stress, nutrient issues, pests, and diseases, while maintaining clean, compliant growth environments and collaborating with IPM teams to optimize crop quality.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older and pass a background check.
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Registered Agent Card.
• Comfortable working in environments with high humidity, strong plant odors, and fluctuating temperatures.
• Willingness to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and to follow sanitation and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cannabis plant health during flowering and harvest stages, monitor vigor, and assist with canopy management and harvest procedures.
• Identify signs of plant stress, nutrient deficiencies, pests, or diseases and report to Cultivation Lead or IPM team.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of flowering rooms, tools, and equipment to prevent contamination risk.
• Follow all company policies and ensure compliance with local and state cannabis cultivation regulations.
• Collaborate with team members and adhere to safety, sanitation, and operational procedures; support IPM activities as needed.
