Ascend Wellness Holdings (AWH) seeks a Cultivation Technician to maintain the health and vitality of cannabis plants during the flowering and harvest stages, following SOPs and compliance standards.

You will monitor plant health, perform canopy management, and assist with harvests in a team-focused, safety-conscious facility, working in humidity-rich rooms with strong plant odor. This role requires attention to detail and strict sanitation and IPM collaboration.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Monitor cannabis plants during flowering to support bud development and plant vitality.
• Perform defoliation, pruning, trellising, and staking to optimize light, airflow and bud quality.
• Assist with harvesting in accordance with SOPs to preserve product quality.
