Job summary

4Front Ventures is seeking a Cultivation Flowering Associate to support the Flowering Supervisors and Managers in all aspects of plant nurturing. The role involves transplanting, pruning, trellising, pest management, harvesting, bucking, trimming, drying, and cleaning for plants and tools in a fast-paced cultivation department.

The position requires a high school diploma, 21+ in the USA, and willingness to work Monday-Thursday shifts with some weekend/holiday flexibility.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 21+ and residing in the USA.
• Cannabis industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily plant inspections for pests, diseases, and conditions.
• Follow pruning, trellising, harvesting, trimming, drying, and curing processes per guidelines.
• Perform routine maintenance and keep a clean work area throughout growth and harvest stages.
• Log daily activities and assist in other duties to support the team.
