Job summary

4Front Ventures Corp. is seeking a Cultivation Associate to support the cultivation team from growth to harvest. You will rotate through transplanting, pruning, defoliating, trellising, IPM, harvesting, bucking, trimming, drying, binning, curing, and waste disposal while keeping the workspace clean and organized.

Two schedules are available. Full-time, starting wage is $17 per hour. The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, 21+ in the USA, and willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 21+ and US resident.
• 1+ year in horticulture, agriculture, or production/manufacturing preferred.
• Cannabis industry experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily plant inspections for pests, pathogens, mold or other concerns.
• Perform plant care: pruning, trellising, harvesting, trimming, drying, curing per protocols.
• Maintain logs and keep workspace clean and organized.
• Assist team to keep department running smoothly.
