Job summary

4Front Ventures in Holliston, MA is seeking a Cultivation Flowering Associate to support the indoor cultivation team from growth to harvest. You will rotate through transplanting, pruning, trellising, harvesting, drying, and curing while maintaining clean workspaces and accurate logs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of horticulture, agriculture, or production/manufacturing experience preferred.
• Dispensing Organization ID needed on hire (we’ll assist).

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily plant inspections for pests and disease.
• Perform pruning, trellising, harvesting, trimming, drying, and curing per protocols.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and accurate logs.
• Support team with additional cultivation tasks as needed.
