Job summary

Cresco Labs is seeking a Cultivation Agent to join our facility in Cranston, RI. You will perform day-to-day plant care, watering, pruning, harvesting and trimming, while upholding strict quality controls in a regulated cultivation environment.

Responsibilities include plant care, facility cleaning, and accurate documentation of tracking numbers and lot codes. You will work Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm, on-site, with competitive hourly compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in general production, preferably a regulated field producing for human consumption.
• Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work in indoor and greenhouse climates of varying weather conditions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing and challenging environment.
• Requires work around plant material, pollen, or dust.
• Requires ability to sit, stand, kneel, and repetitive actions with hands for long periods.
• Requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs to torso level.

Responsibilities

• Carry out day-to-day plant care including watering, pruning, harvesting and trimming.
• Maintain quality control measures to ensure high quality product.
• Maintain organization, cleanliness and efficiency of production area.
• Monitor and maintain plant production and quality control measures in accordance with Cresco Labs policies.
