Job summary

Cresco Labs is seeking a Cultivation Agent to join our facility in Fall River, MA. The Cultivation Agent is responsible for providing on-site cultivation for one or more cannabis gardens, carrying out day-to-day plant care such as watering, pruning, harvesting and trimming, and ensuring quality control in accordance with Cresco Labs standards.

You will support the Cultivation Manager with documentation, maintain cleanliness of production areas, and help keep the facility compliant with state

Qualifications

• Experience in general production, preferably a regulated field producing for human consumption.
• Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task.
• Ability to perform duties in indoor and greenhouse climates of varying weather conditions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Requires work around plant material, exposure to pollen and dust.
• Requires ability to sit, stand, kneel, and perform repetitive hand actions for long periods.
• Requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Plant Care: prune, top, trim plants and move between cultivation areas.
• Maintain cleanliness of cultivation facility and equipment.
• Harvesting and bucking as part of day-to-day plant work.
• Assist with documentation of plant tracking, lot numbers and activities.
• Support cultivation management and ensure quality control measures are followed.
