Job summary

Cresco Labs is seeking a Cultivation Agent to support on-site cultivation for medical cannabis gardens. You will assist the Cultivation Team Lead with daily plant care, watering, pruning, and trimming, while ensuring cleanliness and compliance with state standards.

Responsibilities include moving plants, Rockwool handling, and keeping accurate production documentation. Applicants should be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in indoor/greenhouse settings in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Two years experience in general production, preferably a regulated field producing for human consumption.
• Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task.
• Ability to perform the job duties in indoor and greenhouse climates of varying weather conditions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing and challenging environment.
• Requires work around plant material, which could include exposure to pollen and/or dust.
• Requires ability to sit, stand, kneel, and/or do repetitive actions with your hands for long periods of time.
• Requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs to torso level.

Responsibilities

• Plant Care: prune, top, trim plants; move plants between areas; transplant smaller plants into bigger pots.
• Facility Cleaning: keep cultivation area and tools clean and organized; dispose of waste safely.
• Reports and Documentation: track plants, log lot numbers and tracking information.
