Cresco Labs is seeking a Cultivation Agent to join our Marlborough facility. The role covers on-site cultivation, day-to-day plant care, pruning, harvesting, and maintaining production quality in a regulated cannabis environment.

Responsibilities include accurate plant tracking, documentation, and ensuring cleanliness and efficiency of the cultivation area, under the supervision of the Cultivation Team Lead. The position requires physical work and adherence to Cresco Labs policies.

Qualifikationen

• Two years in general production or a regulated field producing for human consumption.
• Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task.
• Ability to perform job duties in indoor and greenhouse climates of varying weather conditions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment with plant material exposure.

Aufgaben

• Care for plants including pruning, toping, trimming, and transplanting to support production goals.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cultivation area and equipment.
• Track plants from birth to harvest with accurate documentation of lot and tracking numbers.
• Assist Cultivation Manager with documentation and reporting of cultivation activities.
