Live Parallel is expanding its NETA cultivation team at the Franklin, Massachusetts facility. We’re hiring Cultivation Team Members to grow and care for high‑quality cannabis from propagation to harvest in a fast‑paced environment.

This union‑based role offers a 4‑day work week with 10‑hour days and a fixed rate of $17.35 per hour under the union contract. Join a leading cannabis company shaping the industry.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Valid government-issued photo ID.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently when required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to perform measurements, calculations, and accurately record data.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Support daily cultivation activities across all plant stages, including propagation, vegetative growth, flowering, and harvest.
• Assist with transplanting, pruning, watering, fertilizing, and IPM practices.
• Maintain optimal environmental conditions for plant health and productivity.
• Take cuttings from mother plants and assist with cloning and propagation.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in cultivation areas, tools, and equipment.
• Safely operate cultivation equipment and systems; assist with general labor tasks as needed.
