DCM Inc. is hiring a Compliance Manager to support regulatory and operational compliance across Washington, DC and Maryland cultivation, operational, and retail locations.

You will conduct audits, review records, and partner with site leadership on corrective actions to ensure adherence to laws and company SOPs. The role focuses on inventory, regulatory readiness, and ongoing training to strengthen compliance practices across District Cannabis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of operations management experience in a multi-site or regulated environment.
• Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in compliance, auditing, regulatory operations, cannabis operations, investigations, or a related field.
• Must be able to travel between DC and MD facilities.

Responsabilités

• Conduct compliance audits across cultivation, operational sites, and retail dispensaries in DC and Maryland.
• Review internal controls, documentation, and transactions to identify compliance risks and corrective actions.
• Support facility readiness for regulatory inspections and investigations.
• Maintain accurate, confidential audit records and findings; escalate significant concerns.
• Provide guidance and training on compliance practices and regulatory changes.
