Job summary

DCM Inc. is seeking a Cultivation Associate to support plant care in our Maryland greenhouse, Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm. This entry‑level role focuses on routine cultivation tasks, data logging, sanitation, and collaboration with the grow team to maintain high production standards.

Ideal candidates will be at least 21, pass background checks, have a HS diploma or GED, and be comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and working in a high‑heat environment. Training provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Must pass Federal and State criminal history background checks.
• HS diploma or GED required.
• Willing and able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for plants and support cultivation per SOPs and policies.
• Clean and organize the facility, manage data logs, and assist with growth tasks.
• Participate in cloning, transplanting, trellising, watering, feeding, defoliation, and sanitation.
• Maintain open communication with management and grow team.
