Job summary

DCM Inc. is seeking a Fulfillment Associate to support inventory control in our Maryland dispensary. You will handle running, picking, scanning, and labeling cannabis products, ensuring accuracy and compliance with state regulations.

This on-site role emphasizes teamwork, attention to detail, and adherence to policies while maintaining product quality and stock integrity. The position requires at least 1 year in inventory/fulfillment, with cannabis dispensary experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year inventory/fulfillment experience.
• 1 year fulfillment experience at a cannabis dispensary preferred.
• 21+ years of age and ability to pass background checks.
• Willingness to comply with HR policies and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Run, pick, scan, and communicate cannabis products based on order tickets.
• Verify product information matches the order ticket.
• Sticker and label products per policy and regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or overstock.
• Participate in inventory counts and update stock records.
• Maintain product quality and proper storage conditions.
• Collaborate with team to optimize inventory flow and operations.
• Adhere to security protocols and dispensary policies.
• Maintain clean and organized storage area.
• Stay informed on product types and industry basics.
