Renew Cannabis Co. in Maryland is seeking a Fulfillment Manager to lead the dispensary fulfillment operations, ensuring regulatory compliance and efficient inventory flow. You will supervise the fulfillment team, coordinate picking, and partner with Inventory to optimize stock and processes on-site five days a week.

The role requires 3+ years in inventory/fulfillment management, METRC experience, strong leadership, and a commitment to accuracy in a fast-paced cannabis environment.

Formación

• Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 3 years managerial experience.
• Minimum 3 years inventory or fulfillment management experience.
• Cannabis industry experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years METRC experience.
• 21+ years of age and able to pass background checks.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the fulfillment team for compliance and efficiency.
• Lead picking and pulling of products for orders.
• Oversee inventory levels and optimize space utilization.
• Establish and execute process improvements and best practices.
• Maintain product quality and check expiration dates.
• Manage overall inventory flow and operations.
• Train, coach, and lead fulfillment staff.
• Create, maintain, and distribute inventory reports.
• Backfill vault roles as needed.
• Master seed-to-sale tracking systems.
