Job summary
Jushi Holdings Inc. in Massachusetts seeks a Manager, Commercial Analytics to translate complex data into actionable strategies that optimize pricing, promotions, and loyalty programs across wholesale and retail channels.
You will lead data-driven initiatives to drive profitability and improve customer engagement. You will collaborate with Retail, Wholesale, Marketing, and Compliance teams, mentor inventory and analytics staff, and leverage Hoodie and other BI tools to inform strategic decisions
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Experience with Tableau or Power BI for data analysis.
- Cannabis or CPG industry experience is a plus; strong Excel and automation skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of inventory management professionals.
- Oversee procurement, replenishment, and promotional strategies.
- Analyze sales, pricing, and inventory data to drive insights.
- Support forecasting, budgeting, and open-to-buy planning.
- Collaborate with retail, wholesale, marketing, and compliance teams.
