Jushi Holdings Inc. in Pennsylvania is seeking a Sr. Manager, Commercial Operations to lead wholesale sales and oversee retail inventory for Beyond/Hello stores.

You will forecast demand, manage inventory control, and coordinate with suppliers while maintaining strong cross-functional partnerships. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in sales or inventory management, advanced Excel skills, and cannabis industry experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management or related field.
• 3+ years of sales, supply chain or inventory management experience.
• Cannabis industry experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed quarterly wholesale sales budgets.
• Maintain detailed records of clients and prospects in CRM.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to create new opportunities.
• Ensure inventory records are accurate and reliable.
• Manage end-to-end inventory for multiple locations, including planning and reporting.
• Forecast inventory needs and monitor stock levels to prevent outages.
• Place purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers.
• Analyze sales data and communicate financial results.
• Collaborate with Grow Processors and suppliers to meet targets.
• Follow state guidelines to maintain accurate dispensary records.
