Jushi Holdings, a multi-state cannabis company, seeks a Manager of Commercial Operations to lead analytics-driven pricing, promotions, and inventory strategies. In this role, you will transform complex datasets into actionable insights supporting wholesale and retail channels, while collaborating with vendor partners and internal teams to optimize margins and customer engagement.

• Proficiency in data analysis tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory management team and optimize pricing, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Oversee internal and third-party procurement activities including buying, replenishment, and assortment planning.
• Monitor inventory levels and provide regular sales performance reporting and insights.
• Support Open-to-Buy planning, forecasting, and budgeting by the Director of Commercial Operations.
