Jushi Holdings Inc. seeks a Manager, Commercial Analytics to lead inventory management, procurement, pricing, promotions, and loyalty initiatives across wholesale and retail channels.

You will transform complex datasets into actionable insights to improve profitability and customer engagement in the growing cannabis sector. You will partner with Retail, Marketing, Compliance, and Finance, manage vendor relationships, and leverage Hoodie BI tools to monitor pricing and promotions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Experience with data analysis tools and cannabis/CPG industry a plus.
• Proficiency in Tableau and Power BI.
• Advanced Microsoft Office; automation tools knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory management team across wholesale and retail.
• Oversee procurement activities including buying, replenishment, and promotions.
• Analyze sales and pricing data to drive profitability.
• Collaborate with Retail, Marketing, and Compliance teams.
• Manage vendor relationships and open-to-buy planning.
