Job summary

Jushi Holdings Inc. is seeking a Sr. Manager, Commercial Operations to lead wholesale sales and oversee retail inventory for Beyond/Hello stores.

You will manage inventory, compliance, forecasting, and accuracy in cannabis product sales across dispensaries, reporting to the Sr. Director of Commercial Operations. Ideal candidates have strong organizational and analytical skills and manage multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related field.
• 3+ years of sales, supply chain, operational, and inventory management experience.
• Cannabis industry experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft applications and CRM; advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed quarterly wholesale sales budgets.
• Maintain records of clients and prospects in the CRM.
• Develop and implement sales strategies and programs to create new opportunities.
• Ensure inventory records are accurate and up to date.
• Manage end-to-end inventory for all locations, including buying planning and reporting.
• Forecast inventory needs and communicate items at risk.
• Place purchase orders and generate sales analytics.
• Coordinate with Grow Processors and suppliers; support compliance and internal controls.
