Embr Dispensary in Springfield, MA, is hiring a Cannabis Sales Consultant (Budtender) for a full-time role. You will greet guests, guide product choices, and ensure compliant conversations with MA regulations. Training is paid, and the position offers room to grow and an employee discount.

The role requires 21+, willingness to learn the menu and POS system, and the ability to work five shifts weekly including weekends and holidays. Tips are paid on top of the hourly wage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 21 years of age or older.
• Availability for five shifts weekly, including early, late, weekend, and holiday hours.
• Clear, friendly communication and a genuine interest in helping people.
• Ability to learn product knowledge, POS systems, and store procedures quickly.
• Comfort keeping pace in a busy retail setting.
• Bonus (not required): background in retail, hospitality, customer service, or cannabis.

Responsabilités

• Greet every customer warmly and make each visit easy, respectful, and professional.
• Walk guests through product options and share general information to help them choose with confidence.
• Keep all product conversations compliant with Massachusetts cannabis regulations.
• Verify age and identification on every transaction and follow all required sales protocols.
• Ring up purchases and handle payments correctly through our POS system.
• Keep displays tidy, shelves stocked, and the sales floor inviting.
• Help with restocking, merchandising, and other daily operational tasks as needed.
• Partner with coworkers and managers and follow company policies along with state and local laws.
