Altius Dispensary is seeking motivated individuals to join as Budtenders/Sales Associates. The role involves educating customers, assisting with product selection, and ensuring accurate and compliant sales transactions in a licensed Illinois dispensary.

Maintain a clean, organized shop and collaborate with the team to enhance the customer experience. Ideal candidates are passionate about cannabis, capable of working in fast-paced settings, and proficient with POS systems.

Responsabilidades

• Customer Engagement and Education: Connect with customers to understand their needs and educate them on cannabis products and paraphernalia.
• Sales and Transactions: Complete sales transactions accurately at the POS system, verify online orders before pick-up, and handle payments.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain knowledge of cannabis strains, consumption methods, and related products.
• Compliance and SOPs: Follow SOPs and Illinois cannabis regulations during all transactions.
• Store Maintenance: Keep the dispensary clean and organized to welcome customers and staff.
• Team Collaboration: Support management and collaborate with coworkers to enhance customer experience.
