Job summary

PharmaCann, Inc. is seeking a Budtender in Ohio to deliver a world-class guest experience while promoting cannabis education and compliant operations. You will support sales, product knowledge, and customer engagement in a fast-paced retail setting.

The role requires a friendly, detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills, weekend/evening availability, and the ability to use POS systems and comply with safety protocols. Starting pay is $16/hr.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age (or as required by state regulations).
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience with customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong analytical skills to assess data, facts, and figures.
• Intermediate-level math skills.
• Proven expertise and experience to accurately manage a register.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to solve and resolve problems calmly.
• Strong computer-based skills.
• Dynamic interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet & exceed personal sales volume and KPI goals.
• Assist in building a great company and business.
• Add value to the team by leading and executing hospitality program.
• Drive repeat business through local networking and customer data capture.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge on products and cannabis laws and regulations.
• Proactively answer customer questions and ensure knowledge of products and usage.
• Execute high customer experience standards and world-class customer engagement.
• Accurately utilize PharmaCann’s POS system and state systems.
• Execute customer transactions with high attention to detail.
• Comply with security, safety, and legal requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized workplace.
• Occasional driving as needed and flexible scheduling including weekends/evenings/holidays.
