Job summary

Eaze is hiring for a retail associate in Florida who will promote a positive customer experience and ensure policy compliance. You’ll greet customers, process in-store and online orders, and support inventory while maintaining merchandising standards.

Responsibilities include operating the POS, handling cash, and upselling with strong product knowledge. The role requires reliability, flexibility to work days/nights/weekends/holidays, and a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Customer service experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality is preferred.
• Reliability, punctuality and trustworthiness.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and on days/nights/weekends/holidays.
• Must pass a level 2 background check and fingerprinting within 72 hours of offer.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in customers in a friendly manner.
• Assist customers in-store, on the phone, and processing online orders.
• Promote sales through engagement and product knowledge.
• Use and train others on the POS; manage cash handling and safe audits.
• Maintain visual merchandising and ensure signage and pricing are up to date.
• Keep the store clean, stocked, and organized.
• Support inventory receiving and stocking; adhere to company policies.
