Job summary

Eaze is a growing cannabis retailer in Florida with a storefront presence and one grow operation. The role centers on delivering exceptional customer service, operating the POS, handling cash, and maintaining store appearance and compliance.

You will assist customers in-store, over the phone, and with online orders while promoting sales and product knowledge. Ideal candidates will have retail customer service experience and flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in a retail store environment is preferred but not required.
• Customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or restaurant settings is valued.
• Reliable, punctual, dependable, and trustworthy traits are important.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work days/nights/weekends/holidays.
• Must pass a level 2 background check and fingerprints within 72 hours of offer.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive, customer service oriented store environment.
• Deliver excellent customer service and enhance the customer experience in-store through product knowledge.
• Operate the POS, handle cash, and perform safe audits and drops accurately.
• Greet and assist customers in-store, over the phone, and via online orders.
• Support inventory tasks including receiving and stocking merchandise.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and price signage.
