Job summary

Eaze in Florida is seeking a friendly retail associate to promote a positive, customer-service oriented environment in-store and ensure policy compliance while delivering an exceptional shopping experience. The role includes assisting customers in person, via phone, and processing online orders in a fast-paced store setting.

You will train and use the POS system, handle cash and perform safe audits, while maintaining merchandising standards and inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Customer service experience in hospitality or retail is a plus.
• Must pass a level 2 background and obtain fingerprints within 72 hours of receiving an offer letter.
• Reliable, punctual, dependable, and trustworthy.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive, customer service oriented store environment and ensure policies and procedures are followed.
• Deliver excellent customer service and enhance the customer experience in-store through product knowledge.
• Assist customers in store, on the phone and processing online orders.
• Encourage sales through engagement, suggestive selling and sharing product knowledge.
• Manage POS, cash handling, safe audits, and change drops.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards with visible signage and pricing materials.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and well-stocked store and handle general housekeeping duties.
• Uphold company policies, procedures and compliance standards.
