Vireo Health of Rocky Mountain in Colorado is seeking a friendly Budtender to deliver exceptional customer service, provide in‑depth product knowledge, and create a welcoming shopping experience for our valued customers.

You will promote responsible cannabis use, stay compliant with state regulations, and support store operations, including cash handling and POS transactions. Prior retail or cannabis knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cannabis and its products is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in cash handling and accurate basic math.
• Reliable, punctual and possesses a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers warmly and listen to preferences.
• Offer product recommendations and educate on effects and safe use.
• Educate customers on cannabis products and usage.
• Maintain neat, appealing store displays and organize products.
• Stay updated on product releases and regulations.
• Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and state/local rules.
• Collaborate with team to maintain a customer-centric environment.
• Support management in store activities, including checkouts and cash handling.
• Take on additional duties as assigned by the Management Team.
