Job summary

Vireo Health of Rocky Mountain is hiring a Budtender at our Westminster, Colorado location to deliver exceptional customer service, provide in-depth product knowledge, and create an educational shopping experience for customers. Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
Knowledge of cannabis products is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in cash handling and basic math.
Reliable, punctual, and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

Customer Service and Product Expertise: warmly welcome customers, listen to preferences, and provide product recommendations.
Store Operations and Compliance: keep the store neat, monitor trends, manage cash transactions with POS, comply with policies.
Communication and Team Collaboration: work with team, support management in store activities, handle other duties as assigned.
