Vireo Health of Rocky Mountain is seeking a Budtender to deliver exceptional customer service and expert product guidance in our Glendale, CO location. You will educate customers on cannabis products, assist with selection, and ensure a compliant, welcoming shopping experience.

The role emphasizes accurate cash handling, fast-paced service, and teamwork within a store that prioritizes compliance and customer education.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Previous experience in a retail or customer service role preferred.
Knowledge of cannabis and its products a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in cash handling and accurate basic math calculations.
Reliable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

Extend a warm and professional welcome to customers, attentively listening to their needs.
Offer expert product recommendations based on preferences and usage.
Educate customers about cannabis products, effects, and safe consumption methods.
Uphold an attractive store environment with well-organized displays.
Stay informed on industry trends, product releases, and regulations.
Efficiently manage cash transactions and use the POS system.
Adhere to all company policies and local/state regulations.
Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive store atmosphere.
