Qualifications

• Knowledge of cannabis preferred.
• One year of retail or customer service experience required; cannabis industry experience preferred.
• Must be able to accommodate scheduling including weekend and evening hours.
• Basic computer skills, POS software, and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Ensure compliance with age verification and product limitations.
• Educate customers on cannabis products, strains, and consumption methods.
• Process sales transactions through the POS system and handle cash accurately.
• Open and close the store, secure premises, and reconcile cash at shift start/end.
• Perform inventory counts and maintain clean, stocked dispensary areas.
