Job summary

Vireo Health of Rocky Mountain is hiring a Budtender to deliver exceptional customer service, in-depth product knowledge, and compliant, safe cannabis guidance. You’ll educate customers, provide personalized recommendations, and maintain a welcoming store environment at the EveryDay Weed location in Montview, Colorado.

Part-time hours apply, with compensation around $16.37 per hour plus tips. You’ll work in a fast-paced retail setting, supporting management and collaborating with the team to

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred.
• Knowledge of cannabis and its products is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in cash handling and accurate basic math calculations.
• Reliable, punctual, and possesses a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service and Product Expertise: greet customers, listen to preferences, offer tailored product recommendations, educate on effects and safe use.
• Store Operations and Compliance: maintain clean displays, stay updated on regulations, handle cash and POS accurately, follow policies.
• Communication and Team Collaboration: work with team, support management, assist with store activities and cash handling.
