Vireo Health of Rocky Mountain is seeking a Budtender in Boulder, CO to deliver exceptional customer service and in-depth product knowledge at our EveryDay Weed location. You will educate customers, recommend products, and ensure a positive, educational shopping experience in a fast-paced environment.

Role requires enthusiasm for cannabis, compliance, and teamwork. Part-time hours with a focus on customer care, cash handling, and accurate transactions, in a welcoming setting with HEART values.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cannabis products is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in cash handling and accurate basic math calculations.
• Reliable, punctual, and possesses a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service with product recommendations.
• Educate customers on cannabis products, effects, and safe use.
• Maintain neat, engaging store displays and product knowledge.
• Handle cash transactions using POS system.
• Adhere to company policies and state/local regulations.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth store operations.
