Job summary

Vireo Health of Rocky Mountain in Denver is seeking a Budtender to deliver exceptional customer service, share in-depth product knowledge, and create a welcoming shopping experience for our guests. You will educate customers about cannabis products, safety, and usage, while maintaining compliance and accurate cash handling.

This part-time role at Starbuds Denver (Lakeside) offers flexible hours and the opportunity to join a fast-growing team.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Must be at least 21 years old.
Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
Knowledge of cannabis products is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in cash handling and basic math.
Reliable, punctual, and with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

Customer Service and Product Expertise: welcome customers, listen to preferences, and offer personalized product recommendations.
Educate customers about cannabis products, effects, and safe consumption to support informed choices.
Store Operations and Compliance: keep store neat, manage product displays, stay updated on regulations, and handle POS transactions.
Collaborate with team members and support management in store activities, including cash handling and customer assistance.
Communication and Team Collaboration: work with colleagues to create a positive, customer-centric environment and assist management as needed.
