Responsibilities

• Lead the shop team to maintain a sales-focused, customer-centric environment.
• Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales goals.
• Communicate and implement company direction and programs.
• Handle scheduling, inventory, cash handling, and banking.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and recruitment support.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety, and wage laws.
• Prepare weekly schedules with District Sales Managers.
• Maintain payroll records and timekeeping.
