Scheels All Sports, Inc. is hiring for a Café team member at our Johnstown, CO store. The role covers a range of Café functions including deli, barista, grill, ice cream, baked goods, and more, with responsibilities for recipe knowledge, food safety, and daily operations.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and 1–3 years of related experience. The position offers a base hourly wage of $20.00, plus comprehensive benefits and a strong ownership culture.

Qualifications

• High school education and 1–3 years of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination.

Responsibilities

• Perform all Café restaurant functions (deli, barista, grill, ice cream, baked goods, fudge) as assigned.
• Maintain knowledge of Café recipes and prepared foods.
• Follow food safety guidelines per Scheels, state, and local ordinances.
• Receive and store products per SOPs.
• Prepare different types of food, drinks, and ingredients.
• Follow Scheels Cashier Guidelines for Café registers.
• Manage side work, stocking, cleaning schedules, opening/closing procedures.
• Assist in inventory purchasing, merchandise arrangement, and sales trend analysis.
• Train new associates using kitchen tools and SOPs.
• Maintain a clean personal workspace and surrounding areas.
• Read and interpret safety rules and operating procedures.
• Work varied hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
