Job summary

Scheels All Sports, Inc. is seeking a versatile Café Associate to prepare food, drinks, and fudge for sale, and to perform all Barista and Café functions under the Café Manager.

You will maintain recipe knowledge, meet production deadlines, and ensure safe handling per Scheels standards. The role requires the ability to work varied schedules, including evenings and weekends, with a strong emphasis on customer service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent required.
• Experience in food service or cafe environment preferred.
• Ability to speak effectively before customers and staff.

Responsibilities

• Prepare different types of food, drinks, and ingredients for sale to customers.
• Perform all Barista, Café, and Fuzziwigs Candy Shop functions as assigned by the Café Manager and Supervisor.
• Maintain knowledge of Café recipes, beverages, and prepared foods.
• Meet deadlines for fudge production and customer requests.
• Follow all food safety guidelines per Scheels, state and local laws.
• Ensure products are received and stored per SOPs.
• Follow Scheels cashier guidelines for Café registers.
• Manage and support side work, stocking, and cleaning schedules.
