Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent; up to one month related experience or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in food service or café environments is a plus.
• Ability to read and follow safety guidelines and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare candy and fudge products for sale to customers.
• Perform all café functions (deli, barista, grill, ice cream, baked goods, fudge) as assigned.
• Follow all food safety guidelines by State and Local Ordinances.
• Ensure products are received and stored according to SOPs.
• Assist in training new associates using checklists and guidelines.
• Maintain cash control and till management per Scheels policies.
