Responsibilities

• Perform Café restaurant functions including deli, barista, grill, ice cream, baked goods, and other duties.
• Maintain knowledge of Café recipes and prepared foods.
• Follow all food safety guidelines and local ordinances.
• Operate café registers and follow cashier guidelines.
• Stock, clean, and support opening/closing procedures.
• Train new associates using kitchen tools and SOPs.
