Job summary

Masis Staffing in New Albany, OH is hiring a Lab Technician for a 2nd shift in a clean, unique lab environment. You will produce and test samples, mix colors to Pantone specs, read work orders, and maintain accurate documentation while following safety procedures.

This temp-to-hire role pays $18.50 per hour for 2nd shift (3:30 PM–12:00 AM) with overtime possible. Requirements include 6+ months of relevant training or experience, strong attention to detail, good math and measurement skills, and

Qualifications

• 6+ months of relevant technical training or work experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Good math and measurement skills.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Produce and test samples according to customer specifications.
• Mix colors and match samples to specified Pantone colors.
• Read work orders and accurately measure materials.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow production schedules.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
• Communicate quality or production issues to the Lab Supervisor.
• Assist with other lab duties as needed.

Pay & Schedule

• 2nd shift Monday–Friday | 3:30PM-12:00AM
• $18.50/hr
• Temp-to-Hire
• Overtime may be required
