Job summary

Masis Staffing is hiring a Lab Technician for our New Albany, OH facility on the 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 3:30 PM–12:00 AM). The role offers $22.50/hr with overtime potential and a temp-to-hire path.

You will produce and test samples, mix colors to Pantone references, read orders, and maintain precise documentation in a clean, safe laboratory environment. Strong attention to detail and color perception are essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of relevant technical training or work experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Good math and measurement skills.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must have a good eye for color and pass the Munsell Color Test.

Responsibilities

• Produce and test samples according to customer specifications.
• Mix colors and match samples to Pantone colors.

• Maintain accurate documentation and follow production schedules.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear PPE.

Pay & Schedule

• 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday | 3:30 PM–12:00 AM
• $22.50/hr
• Temp-to-Hire
• Overtime may be required

Lab Technician Responsibilities
